A new season begins for Oklahoma football, and similarly a new era for the Sooner Schooner, as Boomer and Sooner V will make their first official run across Owen Field.
Now you and a guest can see both up close, as the OU Athletics Department is offering fans the opportunity to bid on a unique experience for the Chattanooga game on August 30.
Go down on the sidelines to watch the Sooners go through pre-game preparations and have your photo taken with Boomer and Sooner V just before they make their inaugural lap.
Start the day at the Sooner Club Tailgate by enjoying complimentary food and drinks courtesy of local merchants while you mingle with Sooner fans preparing for the game.
After the tailgate, head over to Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium with pre-game sideline passes in hand. Watch the team warm-up from field level, have your photo taken with the Schooner, see the band march out on the field and be front and center for the team intro video as the earth shakes with 85,000 Oklahoma fans welcoming the Sooners as they head out of the tunnel.
